Our meeting rooms can be set-up in several layouts to suit your needs. If you need a venue to hire in Essex, take a look at our 3 meeting rooms. We can even adjust the walls to extend the rooms into combo rooms if you need more space. Our combo room 2 combines all three meeting rooms and will comfortably hold a capacity of 100 people for a conference.

More than just meeting rooms...
Our meeting rooms are large spaces and we have the ability to empty them of desks and chairs if you are looking for something different. We aren't restricted to just meetings and are open to taking bookings for a range of activities, see the images for a few ideas of who could book our rooms.
Meeting Room 1
These nice spacious rooms can be ready for you in which ever layout you would like from U-shaped, board room style, classroom and theatre to suit your needs.
Free Wi-Fi and a 65-inch interactive smart screen flip TV perfect for presentations with the ability to write or highlight on the screen, use it as a white board, flip chart or go online.
Heating, air-conditioning and ample natural light through the tinted glass windows over looking the stunning golf course and water fountain.
You will have your own outdoor space to soak up the views and fresh country air.
With complimentary tea and coffee three times a day free for up to 20 delegates and an additional cost of £2.50 per person thereafter why not take a look at our catering options to complete your day.
The country business estate boasts an on-site hotel 2 minutes walk from our venue with a bar and restaurant, 2 golf courses, a fishing lake, gym and even its own airfield for those who want to turn up in style!

Meeting Room 2
Meeting room 2 can again be arranged in whichever layout you need. Theatre style and boardroom suit this large space best and with the stunning views over the golf course, it has a great atmosphere.
As with all our meeting rooms you have access to a 65" smart screen flip TV, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary teas and coffees (up to 20 delegates).
With direct access to outdoor seating you can enjoy your breaks and lunch in the sunshine (time of year depending) and watch the golfers play or spot the wildlife.

Meeting Room 3
A hidden gem. Meeting room 3 is full of natural light and is set away from the main office in a space you can make your own. Whether you want a boardroom, classroom, theatre, or u-shape this room can do it all.
As with all our meeting rooms you have access to a 65" smart screen flip TV, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary teas and coffees (up to 20 delegates).
With its own entrance and exit you can head outside to stunning views of the Essex Golf Course and enjoy lunch outside on the picnic-style benches.

Combo Meeting Room 1
Combo meeting room 1 combines two of the meeting rooms. The walls, while thick enough to give you a quiet space for you meeting, can be unlocked and moved.
If you need a large meeting room space, we can accommodate this. The room is still open to change the layout to suit what you need. A huge boardroom, a large theatre, a giant classroom, or even a cabaret layout.
With a theatre layout our combo room 1 can hold up to 90 delegates.
You will still have access to a 65" smart screen flip TV and everything it can do.

Combo Meeting Room 2
Full-day booking ONLY
With all walls unlocked and opened up, you can combine all three of our meeting / conference rooms it one huge space.
120-person theatre is comfortably available in Combo Meeting Room 2.
Refreshments can still be arranged. You have plenty of additional space around the room for catering options to be arranged through our fantastic partners, find out more on the catering choices.
Our 65" screen, or screens, are available to you and we have an additional stage that will be used to help raise the screen for ease of viewing for the audience.
