Essex Venue Hire is the latest addition to the Training2Care Group. In 2023, we moved to a new office building and it gave us the room to do something special.
Training2Care Ltd offer over 160 Health & Social Care training courses. Our dedicated trainers travel the country and deliver our courses all over the UK, however we also provide training at our offices. Many people know us for our phenomenal experiential training courses including the Virtual Dementia Tour, Autism Reality Experience, and Dementia Interpreters course. Our specialist vans can often been seen travelling through the country to deliver the Virtual Dementia Tour and Autism Reality Experience in mobile units.
During lockdown we had to come up with a safe way to continue delivering training and this saw us create webinar studios as we turned our courses online. This is still a method we offer today, but out of these webinar studios we created film studios for The Item. A website dedicated to bringing health and social care products to mass market and consumers the chance to purchase vital items that often we only see in care settings.
Now, we have the space and opportunity to provide our training room spaces and studios to others to hire. The office move has given us the space to create fantastic training rooms, meeting rooms, and our studios that can be hired. We have spent money making sure these rooms and studios have everything you'll possibly need.

NurseTraining2Care
Nurse Training2Care is our clinical arm of the business that deliver training courses for nurses and the specialist courses that require and widely benefit from having clinical knowledge behind them.
We have 11 qualified trainers in Nurse Training2Care covering various areas of specialism including Adult Nurses, Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Paramedics. This means you can be safe in the knowledge that the training you receive is of the highest quality and delivered by people with real hands-on clinical experience.
Virtual Dementia Tour
The Virtual Dementia Tour is the only scientifically and medically proven method of giving a person with a healthy brain and experience of what dementia might be like.
Invented 25 years ago in America by Professor PK Beville and owned by Second Wind Dreams, Training 2 CARE are proud to be the UK partners and pioneers in this country.
The Virtual Dementia Tour is taken by over 200,000 people per year in the UK and is the benchmark training that other providers strive to achieve. Autism Reality Experience
The Autism Reality Experience is an innovative, immersive and hands on training which has been developed to give non-autistic people an experience of the sensory processing difficulties faced by people on the autism spectrum.
Invented by Training 2 Care's Managing Director Glenn Knight and Autistic people, the Autism Reality Experience really is as true to life as currently possible and is changing the landscape of understanding Autism.
Already commissioned by the NHS, Care Providers, Universities and Colleges, Prisons, Police, Ambulance, Schools, Families and many more the Autism Reality Experience continues to develop and give a greater empathy and understanding.
Dementia Interpreters
The Dementia Interpreter course is designed to enable delegates to understand how to communicate with people with dementia and recognise behaviours are often a way of telling us something.
Part of this course is experiential training which means we are going to put you into the same position as the people we are trying to communicate with. This will give you the experience of the different communication barriers people with dementia may endure on a daily basis.

Knights Fishing
Completely outside of the Health & Social care sector we also have a brand that runs fishing lakes in Earls Colne and Braintree. Earls Colne Fishing, right next door to our venues, holds the largest UK catfish, call Thor, weighing over 130lb!
