TRAINING ROOM HIRE
Our Training Rooms for hire will comfortably accommodate your delegates. We have the ability to open up the removable walls in our rooms to increase the space through our Combo Training Rooms to provide a huge space to deliver a lecture style training session or conference-style training to over 100 people.
Because of our strong links with Health & Social Care we offer training rooms with equipment that you'll need. There is an additional charge to hire this equipment (find out more on our pricing page), but it is a small amount for what you get.

Who can book?
More than just training rooms...
Our training rooms are large spaces and we have the ability to empty them of desks and chairs if you are looking for something different. We aren't restricted to just meetings and are open to taking bookings for a range of activities, see the images for a few ideas of who could book our rooms.
Training Room 1
Our Training Rooms offer different layouts depending on your needs. For many people, the classic U-Shape is the favoured choice, but we can offer a classroom set-up, boardroom, or theatre layout.
We offer free Wi-Fi and you can make use of our stunning 65" smart screen flip TV to connect via HDMI, screen share direct from your phone or have 4 people share their screens simultaneously, use the interactive whiteboard, or search the web.
For anyone in Health & Social care we have profile beds, hoists, stand assists, slings, and much more than you can hire with the room.
Heating, air-conditioning and ample natural light through the tinted glass windows over looking the stunning golf course and water fountain.
You will have your own outdoor space to soak up the views and fresh country air.
With complimentary tea and coffee three times a day free for up to 20 delegates and an additional cost of £2.50 per person thereafter why not take a look at our catering options to complete your day.

Training Room 2
Training room two is the middle of the three rooms and has a mobile screen, so can be positioned to suit your needs and layout choice. The room can be arranged as a U-Shape training room, a classroom, boardroom, or a theatre.
This room is traditionally used a more of a theory based training room, however, we can add Health & Social Care equipment if required.
It is an ample space for multiple uses, so even if you run a yoga class and need space, we can cater for that.
Overlooking the golf course and nearby fountain, this room is a popular choice.

Training Room 3
With the screen placement being off-centre in this room you benefit from having space to the side for other elements of the training in a clear space. Whether this is for a bed and hoist for health & social care training or just a breakout space, this room is perfect.
It features free Wi-Fi and one of our 65" smart screen flip TVs that can be used to present from a laptop (via HDMI), share directly from your phone, or use the whiteboard and stylus pen.

Combo Training Room 1
Combo Training Room 1 combines two of the rooms into one. The walls between each room are removable. They are secured in place to cut sound from the adjoining rooms, but can be moved to open up space into a huge training room.
Combining two rooms lends itself to offering a space that benefits most from a large theatre / seminar style training class or a large classroom. We can accommodate a large U-Shape if required.
With a theatre layout our combo room 1 can hold up to 90 delegates.
You will still have access to a 65" smart screen flip TV and everything it can do.

Combo Training Room 2
Full-day booking ONLY
For a large lecture hall or conference style training room, we can move all walls between the training rooms and offer space for a theatre layout for 120 delegates.
Combo Training Room 2 is perfect for training days where you may need different layouts / spaces for various parts of the day.
Teas and coffees are free for the first 20 delegates and then charged at £2 per person over that number. On full-day bookings we do offer delegate rates, with and without lunch, so do contact us about getting a quote if you are looking at a full day booking.
